• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

• Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue or workflow
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems

• Uploading malware or malicious code
• Violating intellectual property rights

4. Intellectual Property Rights

TalentscopeX owns all rights to the platform, including its design, content, features, and functionality. You retain ownership of content you create or upload. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content for platform operations.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or transmit platform content without permission
• Modify or create derivative works of the platform
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to discover source code

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or any policy
• Engage in illegal or harmful conduct
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Become insolvent or bankrupt

Upon termination, your access to the platform and associated data will be revoked. We may retain certain information as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TalentscopeX and its affiliates are not liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

TalentscopeX is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or completeness of information
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Security or protection against data loss

10. Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may pursue mediation or arbitration as permitted by applicable law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or notification on the platform. Your continued use indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
